Spring mix salad with cottage cheese and fresh fruit and a rum raisin dressing

Grilled Scallops over wilted spinach and tomato concasse with citrus amaretto dressing

Entrees

Petite Fillet Mignon with Bernaise sauce and Lobster meat

Prime Rib with Rosemary Au Jus

Crab cakes with Peach Imperial and Salmon En Croute with a dill Bechamel

The vegetable de jour will be Asparagus with roasted red peppers and baby beets

Starch de jour will be Potatoes and Brussel sprout au gratin
The Café will be open regular business hours for lunch and dinner.

We will not be accepting reservations

The lounge will be open with live music by Ben Connelly.
