|By now you have probably gone over the menu.......maybe your mouth is watering, and you
are already think you know what you are going to try first.....Well you may be surprised to
know we have customers who have never ordered of the menu! It's true. Some people
come in time and time again and never get past the specials they hear. They have never
even eaten any of our standard dishes off the menu and are quite content with just that.
|This may explain why. Everyday the chef's come in before each opening and dream up a few specials.
These usually are comprised of ingredients we can't get on a regular enough basis to have them on the
menu so this makes them extra special. They are fresh fish or cuts of meat that have just arrived and are
always innovative and one of a kind.
|Not convinced.....Here are some samples, now remember
specials rarely repeat themselves. So don't coming looking for
these exact specials. They are just to get an idea of what you
might find when you come in.
